Project Description: Design and documentation of a new cheese plant, a rebuild of the existing burnt down whey plant and other associated minor buildings on extremely tight timelines.

Project Description:

Project Description:

Design and document a new 35m tall evaporator, spray dryer and packaging building with 3 hygiene areas. The building included a red-line change area, control room, MCC, heater room, transformer yard, AMF room, lactose room and HVAC. It was connected to a new amenities block and an existing warehouse.
