Project Description:
Design and document a new spray drying facility. Including Spray dryer/evaporator tower, , Control room, MCC, critical hygiene packaging room, palletizing-day warehouse buildings, change rooms , redline area, Milk unload tanker bays & canopy, boiler house, transformer room, roadways, load out canopies, service gantries, silo bases, retaining structures.
Project Roles:
Principal Consultant-Project Manager responsible for the building permit, and construction documentation for the building and civil works components of the project.
Provided Architectural drafting, Technical Material Specifications, Structural and civil engineering. Engaged and managed the following sub consultants, Geotechnical, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulics, Acoustic, Traffic & Fire Engineers, Land, Building & Quantity surveyors.
Provided construction phase services such as site inspection, queries and response to Builders RFIs.
